How do you ensure discs aren't damaged during shipping?

We take pride in our 'collector-grade' packaging. All orders are shipped in sturdy boxes with ample bubble wrap or cardboard reinforcement to prevent crushed corners and loose discs.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your specific location.

What is your return policy for opened media?

To maintain the integrity of our inventory, we only accept returns on unopened, factory-sealed items within 30 days. If a disc is defective, we will provide a replacement of the same title.

Are your imports region-locked?

Many of our boutique imports are region-specific. Please check the product description for region coding (Region A, B, or C / Region 1 or 2) to ensure compatibility with your player.

When will my pre-order ship?

Pre-orders typically ship 2-3 days before the official release date. Please note that if your order contains both in-stock items and pre-order items, the entire order will ship once all items are available.
